TicketLeap gives you the tools you need to set up and run a successful event yourself, while Leap’s advanced ticketing platform provides additional support (from account representatives to dedicated customer support) to scale as your organization does. While both platforms have a support team you can reach out to, Leap Event Technology also has even greater bandwidth to handle large quantities of ticket buyer requests, as well as offers branded call centers, onsite event support, and more. Additionally, Leap’s professional event ticketing system is designed to handle large volumes of ticket sales and high-demand onsales. With Leap’s professional event ticketing, you’ll have a small per ticket fee to use our services, which is negotiated in your contract and generally paid by the ticket buyer.
