Patron Technology Announces Leadership Additions and Integrated Product Offerings

Patron Technology announces additions to its leadership team, effective today. By transitioning key members of its products to corporate leadership roles, these leaders can now apply their knowledge and expertise to Patron Technology’s integrated offering, solidifying the company’s position as the leading live event technology company. Patron Technology’s robust offering now includes ticketing, CRM, analytics, mobile apps, and experiential marketing solutions for events of all sizes.

Marc Jenkins, Patron Technology CEO, describes why the additions were made. “As one company, our integrated products go exponentially further than they could individually. We now have a leadership team in place that can collaborate with the largest, most complex events to execute on a holistic strategy. Further centralizing our leadership team will keep us focused on what’s most important: working with the world’s leading event organizers to create unforgettable experiences for their fans, ticket buyers, and supporters. As Patron Technology pursues new opportunities made possible through their integrated products, it will continue to build relationships with technology innovators. To that end, Eugene Carr will take on a new role as Chief Innovation Officer.  “I am thrilled to help ensure that we continue to be entrepreneurial, innovative and forward thinking in growing our business–and to drive the live events industry as a whole–even further.”

Brian Arnone assumes the new role of President, Ticketing – North America. His leadership across sales and marketing is the driving force of the momentum Patron Technology has achieved in the marketplace. Betsy Grider will continue to serve as Chief Strategy Officer focusing on M&A, Planning, and Integration across Patron Technology.  Additionally, she now leads the development and integration of our experiential solutions products, Thuzi and Greencopper.

Promotions into the integrated leadership team include Nathaniel Minto, VP, Product Integration; Jason Mastrine, VP, Strategic Partnerships; Jim Barczak, VP, Sales – Ticketing; Bruce Morrison, VP, Sales – Experiential Solutions; Paul Miller, VP – Sales – Non-Profit Ticketing; Amy Mrazek, VP, Marketing; Sarah Lang, VP, Integrated Marketing and Communications; Nathan Anderson, VP, Operations and Integration; Mark Famiglietti, VP, Data Security and Compliance; Lauren Lipello, VP, Talent and HR; Jolly Desai, VP, Finance; and Mark Riley, SVP Finance and Accounting.

Jenkins noted that this reorganization reflects the level of talent and commitment at Patron Technology, stating, “These leaders have worked tirelessly to serve clients and push this industry forward.
