NEW YORK, NY

Patron Technology, the industry-leading event technology solution, will have a major role in this year’s International Ticketing Association (INTIX) Annual Conference & Exhibition. From January 20-23, Patron Technology’s suite of event ticketing, operations, mobile, experiential, and cashless products are poised to take center stage.

As a platinum sponsor, Patron Technology’s presence will be hard to miss throughout this year’s host venue, New York City’s New York Hilton Midtown. Conference attendees will be given a Patron Technology RFID wristband, which will enable them to play a digital spin-to-win game daily with the chance to win several exciting prizes, as well as provide access to the solution’s interactive photo station which has become an INTIX staple over the past several years. On Tuesday Jan 21st, these engaging activations will be on full display at Power Hour presented by Patron Technology, an evening mingle featuring an open bar from 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm, followed by cash bar until midnight, to be located in the INTIX lounge behind Herb N’ Kitchen on the Hilton’s lobby level.

Conference programming will also be ripe with Patron Technology content at this year’s INTIX. The event technology leader is again sponsoring the INTIX Entertainment Village, part of the redesigned education and engagement program introduced at 2019’s conference. In addition, Patron Technology team members will be presenting three sessions throughout the event. Notably, on Tuesday at 2:00 pm, Jason Mastrine, VP of Strategic Partnerships, will present Special Exhibits & Pop-Ups, the Sequel: Using Technology to Engage Attendees, a follow-up to last year’s session exploring special exhibits and pop-up museums, featuring leaders of top exhibits. “This growing segment of pop-up museums, temporary exhibits, and other highly interactive events has really grown into its own unique industry over the past few years,” said Mastrine. “We had a ton of positive feedback after last year’s session, so we’re excited to continue this conversation with the industry players participating this year.”

On Tuesday at 10:45 am, Paul Miller, VP of Sales for Non-Profit Ticketing, will present Build Your Patron Journey: Lead Audiences Through the Path of Engagement, providing insights on developing deeper emotional attachments with patrons. On Wednesday at 2:00 pm, Amy Mrazek, VP of Marketing, finishes off the trifecta with Sell More Tickets: The Power of Facebook and Instagram Ads, wherein she’ll discuss how to utilize the platform’s advertising capabilities to sell more tickets, create better event awareness, and increase event ROI.
