The Data Geeks Lab PatronManager Toolkit

We are a team of Salesforce nonprofit consultants, with plenty of hands-on experience using PatronManager. As we’ve worked with many of you at museums and performing arts venues, we’ve started to create a toolkit of automations and fixes that solve some of the issues we get asked about most often.

Our solutions range from automations to help membership teams manage Benefit expiration dates, auto-renewing memberships, and renewal reminders, to a quick way to update the dates/times for Event Instances when creating timed admission; as well as batch gift entry tools, a Campaign mailing address “deduper”, and NPSP-style auto-population of Address Names and Salutations for development staff.

In this session, we’ll demo some of the solutions in our toolkit, and answer questions about how your organization can get help from our team.
