The DGL PatronManager Toolkit

We are a team of Salesforce nonprofit consultants, with plenty of hands-on experience using PatronManager. As we’ve worked with many of you, we’ve started to create a kit of automations and fixes that solve some of the issues we get asked about most often. Our solutions range from PatronManager-friendly alternatives to NPSP features, including auto-population of account greetings fields, syncing address changes between contacts and accounts, and managing relationships between contacts; as well as tools for moves management, tracking Benefit and Subscription renewal history, and the easy creation of volunteer shifts. In this session, we’ll show off some of the solutions in our toolkit, and answer questions about how your organization can get help from our team.
