Before the Photo Op 

Fans can pre-order celebrity photo ops online through the Epic Experiences platform, which includes flexible scheduling features. Fans can purchase photo op tickets and/or autographs with one celebrity or a “Team Up” featuring multiple stars from the same show or movie. For the photo ops, they can opt into purchasing glossy prints or digital downloads of their photo. With the ability to view available time slots and filter by day and group, fans can select options that fit their event itinerary with ease. The streamlined process means they arrive ready and excited. 

Event Day 

This is where the magic happens! With Leap’s group-number system, fans can skip spending hours waiting in line, enjoy the event floor, and arrive at their call time. When their group is called via PA announcements and/or on a big screen, attendees gather in short lines for a smoother flow. Once a fan reaches the front of the line, their personal items can be safely stored at a designated area before stepping through a curtain for the big moment! Inside the photo booth area, fans can take the experience in as photographers capture the perfect picture of them with their favorite celebrity.

After the Photo Op

The process is super efficient, even after fans have made it through the line. Once the photo is taken, attendees are directed through a clearly marked path of stanchions to collect their photos. The path adds a few extra seconds to the exit, perfectly timed with how long it takes for their photos to print. Then, they’ll pick up their photos to keep forever! If they’d like, they can also opt into extras like clear photo covers as they leave. Fans are also notified of any necessary retakes, ensuring every fan walks away with a photo they love. 

Autograph Sessions
