Attending the Community Meeting is an integral part of the success we’ve had with PatronManager. Continuing education, talking with others that do what we do and getting one-on-one time with the staff is invaluable.

It wasn’t just an event for training on a database, it was an event to network with the different communities you share common elements with. This event is very valuable to the running of our non-profit organization.

Why Attend

We think luck is great; we think learning is even better. Join over 250 of your fellow Patron Management users to discover how to get the most from your Patron Management account, hear about the latest product updates, and collaborate with industry colleagues from around the country.

It doesn’t matter your level. It doesn’t matter your role. The Patron Management Community Meeting is designed for all users, beginner to advanced, box office staff to fundraisers (and everyone in between), as an experience to help you learn and grow your knowledge.

With our conference, what happens in Vegas doesn’t have to stay in Vegas. Over the course of the week, you will be immersed in sessions that will teach you the tools you need to customize your Patron Management account to meet the specific needs of your organization. You’ll also have time to connect with the community of Patron Management users and learn from their best practices. If all of that isn’t winning big, we don’t know what is!

What our attendees say:

“The best part is when you’re sitting in a session and something comes up that you’ve wanted to do before and you think ‘I didn’t know it was that easy!’”

“There is so much education packed into the three days of the conference, and it’s not all about the scheduled sessions…it’s about spending time with fellow Patron Management users.”

“The community meeting is a fantastic place to meet your peers from other Patron Management organizations, to see how they’re using the system, and answer questions you might not even know you have!”

“(Even) after four Community Meetings, I still walk away with numerous insights and practical, useful processes I can start using immediately.”

“As a brand new user of PatronManager I found the conference not only extremely educational but also inspiring.”

“I have worked in a few different CRM platforms and attended their user conferences. This was by far the best conference I have been to. From the staff interaction and training to the wonderful arts community representatives present, this conference far exceeded my expectations and made me want to immediately dive into work and put everything I learned into practice!”

“Hearing from other users about how they customize Patron Management sparked a lot of ideas and made me think about what improvements could be made within my own organization.”

“If you want to discover just how much you can do with Patron Management, do not miss this conference.”

Las Vegas Highlights

Las Vegas is known for its extravagant entertainment and luxury resorts, but you can still have a great time without spending a fortune. Here are some budget-friendly tips for enjoying your time in Sin City:

Lodging:

  • Our hotel block is located at the Wynn and Encore Las Vegas. Click here to book your stay.

Transportation:

  • Skip the expensive taxis and use public transportation. The Las Vegas RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) offers bus services that cover most areas of the city at a fraction of the cost.
  • Consider renting a car if you plan to explore beyond the Strip. Rental rates in Las Vegas are often competitive, and having your own vehicle can be convenient for day trips.
  • If you're flying into McCarran International Airport, use airport shuttles or rideshare services like Uber and Lyft to get to your hotel instead of expensive airport taxis.

Dining:

  • If you’re looking for an affordable and delicious meal off the Strip, check out local neighborhoods like Chinatown or Fremont East District.
  • Take advantage of happy hour specials, which many restaurants and bars offer. You can enjoy discounted drinks and appetizers during these hours.
  • Buffets are a popular dining option in Las Vegas. Look for budget-friendly buffet deals, especially during weekday lunch hours when prices tend to be lower.
  • Check out food trucks and local eateries for tasty and budget-friendly options. You'll find a variety of cuisines to choose from.

Entertainment:

  • Look for discounted show tickets at Tix4Vegas, a kiosk located on the Strip. They offer same-day discounts on various Las Vegas shows and attractions.
  • Explore free attractions like the Fountains of Bellagio, the Volcano at The Mirage, or the iconic "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign. These are must-see sights that won't cost you a dime.
  • Visit Fremont Street Experience for free nightly light shows, live entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere in downtown Las Vegas.
  • Consider taking a day trip to nearby natural attractions like Red Rock Canyon or Valley of Fire State Park. Entrance fees are affordable, and you'll experience the natural beauty of the area.

Nightlife:

  • Feel free to check out one of Vegas’ famous nightclubs or check out one of the local bars, pubs, and lounges for drinks and entertainment.
  • Many casinos offer free or low-cost live entertainment. Check their schedules for concerts, bands, and other performances.
  • Take advantage of casino loyalty programs and sign up for player's clubs. You may receive free drinks, meal discounts, or even gaming credits.

If you do choose to gamble, remember to gamble responsibly and set a budget for your gaming activities. By following these budget-friendly tips, you can enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer without overspending. Enjoy your time in the Entertainment Capital of the World!
